Outstanding work as well as excellent customer service. I totally agree with the previous reviewer that they are top-notch in every aspect of workmanship and customer service yet have not lost the warm, personable touch of a family-owned business. I have had my rings retipped by other jewelers in this area over the years, and none have been of the quality of Neugebauer's. Work is always done professionally and promptly.......frequently finished ahead of schedule. Great to have such a business of such high quality in our area!

This store's customer service is unmatched. They are so friendly, always seem to remember our names despite having SO many customers, and are simply awesome. My ring is of superior quality, and their service has been amazing. With the purchase of the ring, all resizing, replating, and cleaning has been absolutely free. I also bought my husband's wedding band here, and my husband also purchased diamond earrings here. All of our jewelry has been of superior quality. This business seems to have hung on to the "small town" feel and customer service of generations past. There are few (none that I can even think of right now) businesses that practice that caliber of customer service. They ought to be proud of their business! I will use them for ALL my future jewelry needs!
