The work was not done well.  Much of their work had to be done over by me.
I will not use their services again and I would not recommend them to others.

The service did not go too great. They were not good at following directions. I requested them to clean certain areas of the house at certain periods, and they weren't doing it. They weren't doing a very good job of cleaning the things they were cleaning. They are punctual, they show up when they have to.

They did some things I hadn't requested which was fine, but they used a product in the microwave (steel wool?) which scratched and then rusted. They tried to clean the exterior of the windows which is impossible w/o a ladder and exterior access and did not clean the interior adequately. I expected a stay of approximately 4 hours and they were there 2. One of the women offered a reduced rate for her services on a cleaning in the future not through Merry Maids. One of them smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.

The initial cleaning cost of the first cleaning was over $150.00 and they were supposed to do a deep cleaning. This is on a brand new house that had just finished being built and I was only moved in about a month. They didn't clean the bathrooms, left the commodes dirty. The counter tops had a white skum on them and the bathroom floors had hair and dirt shoved into the corner between the vanity and the commode.
I called the main office and it took them a week to get back to me. I told Deb, the owner/manager, what happened and she assured me that it would not happen again and that they would make an extra effort to get the bathrooms clean along with the rest of the house.
The next appointment, there was no improvement. The bathroom counters were again covered with a white skum, the bathtub was also covered in a white skum. The carpets weren't vacuumed, but this time the bathroom tile had been scrubbed. Overall, the house looked like they had rushed through cleaning leaving streaks on mirrors and the stainless steel.
For what this company charges, I was completely unimpressed with their service or the job done. They are no longer working for me as I can replace them for less than they are charging.

What they cleaned they did a good job. They didn't touch the walls or windows. They didn't clean the light fixtures. As a result I ended up having to also pay the landlord for some additional cleaning he claimed the service missed.

Initially the service was very good. I had the same team over time, and they were consistently conscientious. Unfortunately, one of the women was unable to continue due to physical issues.
From that point on, I had a different team in my house every week. Some were good, others not so much. There was no consistency, because whoever left something undone, the next week it was a different team and it wasn't their fault. Over the course of a year or more I was never given my and quot;ownand quot; team to work with. They promise to make right what's wrong, but part of the concept is to not have to think about whether the job is done well, and not to have to have people come back later in the week.
The average stay in my home was two hours or less. I paid $600 per month for very light housekeeping--dust, vacuum, bathrooms. My house is never messy and I never asked for extra service. $100/hour is about what I was paying. Twice my indoor cats were let out. A few times, I left a little mess (like dust from drilling a hole) because I knew they'd catch it next time, only the pile of dust would sit for weeks.
I hate being negative, but I could not in good conscience continue to pay that kind of money for mediocre work.
One added note: the women who spoke to me ( a few were too shy) complained about the discrepancy between their wages and what I was being charged. A couple of them told me I was being cheated. This is not appropriate...even if it's true.

They were very professional, on time, respectful, considerate and they listened to my requests. I would highly recommend this company.

They dust, clean floors, bathrooms, and the kitchen. If you complain about something not being right, they definitely take care of it. I have a 5000 sq ft house that they clean every two weeks, and charge $120 per cleaning.
