Refused to provide scheduled warrens service.

Saleswoman let me take car on extended test drive. Was courteous, professional.

Their service department rocks-everytime I have taken my car in for servicing they are always so nice on the phone as well as in person. They don't do anything to my car without talking with me first. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The customer service is great and they do not put pressure on me when I am trying to buy a car. They give pretty decent deals on new cars. They are knowledgeable about their selection of autos and try to identify my needs before we make our selection. They don't try to surprise me with any hidden costs and they are easy to negotiate with. They are all friendly and it is a good dealership. My maintenance service is satisfactory and they explain everything they are doing to me. They even take me back into the shop and show me what needs to be done if necessary. Their waiting room is nice if I have to wait on maintenance work.

They do great service. They got me in quickly, follow up afterwards to make sure I wad full satisfied. I had a problem with my car tires pressure and they didn't charge me anything for the checkup of all the tires and my grease filled and everything. They could have charged me but they didn't. They also provide a courtesy ride if you needed to, so that you don't have to wait there.

They are very nice. They get things done when they say they are going to get things done. It takes a little while to get parts in sometimes because they don't have a huge parts stock pile. All in all they do a really good job. Their price is better than anybody else in town.

They are a car dealership. The also do auto-body work and usually have someone onsite to fix our car. They've got about four different car dealerships in Rapid City. They are scam artists, very dishonest about the type of car they sold me. I was stupid at the time and believed them, instead of using common sense. I bought the vehicle in 2010 and drove the car home, a 2 and frac12; hour drive South. The next morning, I found the battery wires were all messed up, as though the car had been rigged to drive. As soon as I turned off the car, it wouldn't work anymore. I called them the very next day, but they told me that it was out of their hands because I lived too far away. If I wanted to tow it to Rapid City, they would pay for the cost to fix it, but I would have to pay for the tow. They told me that if I didn't pay for the repair, they would put the car in an impound lot until I paid for it. I have two kids, I was working full time, and my husband was away on a trip to Germany for the military, so I was a little upset. We've already sold the Blazer, though we didn't get much for it. We had to refinance another vehicle. I don't wish to pursue the matter through Angie's List. I'll just let bygones be bygones because it was just too much of a headache to buy a car from them.
