 + -1 morewhen I talked to the service rep. she gave me an itemized total for my bill and it came to 103.00 per month and said she had changed everything to reflect that amount but when I went on line to pay the bill it was jacked up again to 122 so I guess they are just dishonest and want to remain that way.
Description of Work: I was quoted a price of 82.00 per month for this service and when I get the bill it is for 152.22 and this has been going on for 4 months , they keep saying that the bill is only 92.00 or 103.00 per month but the bill keeps coming in at 152.22, this company can not tell the truth no mater what and they will take you every chance they get.

Description of Work: I thought that Knology was bad but it was bought out by WOW! and now WOW! has been purchased out by another company. Each time the customer service has gotten worse and worse! They listed my unlisted number TWICE! They even had it published when it was supposedly an unpublished number. My phone bill was screwed up each month and to date they have yet to get one bill correct and that has been going on since March 2013!! If you talk to 2 reps you get 2 totally different answers or explanations! Stay away if you can. We have no choice where we live!

 + 1 moreI would recommend them to a friend or family. It has been a very good service except for the one time they accidentally cut our cable because another person was cutting off their service but they came out to fix it right away.

 + -1 moreI have been using them for 10 years. I chose them because they had a great offer. They are slower to provide service if needed. There is times when the service goes down, and it takes them time to get the service back.
