The ordering process was disorganized and it seemed like we got a different price every time we spoke to them. They were late with the delivery so I wasn't there when the cake was delivered. They messed up the color scheme on the decorations and when I tried to call to see if they could fix it with hours to spare before the wedding no one answered the phone and I still haven't gotten a call back. The cake did taste good though.
