Sometime after buying and occupying the house, I found problems that I believe the inspector should have found, such as a leaking hydronic heating system, non-functioning pressure relief valve, and leaking plumbing. Problems so serious that I suspect they will affect my ability to sell the house at anything but a reduced price. Had these been reported to me, I would not have bought the house.
