The install went very well. The overall quality of the windows was not what I expected. Some design issues with the windows exist.

Like most other houses in our neighborhood, we experienced hale damage during the large storms in Aug 2013.  We had contracted out another builder to fix our house, but after the did our roof they decided to drop us.  I was told they did not like working with our home insurance company.  This was about Jun 2014.  After trying to find another contractor.  Our neighbor recommended Hagen Glass.  This was a blessing.
In July, Roger (Hagen Glass) came out to our house and was saw everything that needed to be done.  He even said they have worked with our home insurance company before and knew how to deal with them.  We expressed that we had already requested a 6 month extension and that we were on a hard deadline.  He said no problem.  They had some larger projects to finish up, but we we on the schedule with plenty of time to finish.
 When the guys the guys came out to work on the house, they were always on time and were extremely professional.  With me working out of town, they even helped my wife fix the garage door in the off time and at no cost.  I could not believe the incredible service and true kindness they showed.
They sub-contracted the decks.  The front deck was completed rebuilt and the back deck was sanded and restained.  They turned out very good.  A few months after they were completed, one of the railings came off and they and they came out and fixed it within a couple days.
They main area that I can't speak enough about is the work they did with our insurance company, even after all the work was completed on the house.
I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to any one who needs their services.

The finish work was completed in a very timely fashion. The two young men were considerate and helpful, even suggesting a person to do some finish work above the new window. I would return to Hagen Glass for any new service.

While the representative was punctual and professional, their quote for replacing one 42and quot; x 72and quot; vinyl slider window was nearly $200 more than we paid for a similar product and installation from another vendor.
