"We do apologize that you feel you had a bad experience, with any customer, that is never our intention. But with all do respect we did address the one issue you had (the leak) and you said you were satisfied after doing so. The leak you are referring to was on the lower level of the two story home where other contractors had been working on the exterior; windows and siding were being repaired. When the job was complete, a walk through of the work was done with you and you had said you were satisfied. Two years after the issue, you had called us again after that hail storm in June of 2011 to get on our schedule, Grant personally met you in your driveway to discuss performing the job again, you mentioned how you were happy with us and the work that was done and that was why you called us again. We then never heard back until this review. Grant gave you a call this march after seeing this review to discuss why he hadn't been called about these matters (this review was the first we had heard of your disappointment) you had told Grant you didn't know what he was talking about and that you never called nor met with him in 2011, that is incorrect. You also stated that you had other contractors come over and look at your roof and they said there were things done incorrectly. A call was never made to Grant Bolt about these new issues leaving no opportunity for Grant to go over anything or make things right with you. Unfortunately in this or any line of business competitors will trash talk and belittle others' work in order to gain work for themselves, we do not stand for that. We wish you would have given us the opportunity to fix things."
