FINISHING TOUCH FURNITURE SVC

Some of my furniture was damaged from a military PCS move. I called for an estimate. Guy came out to look at my furniture and provide the needed estimate so I could initiate my claim. When it was time to get my furniture fixed, I called again. The same guy came out but could only take one small piece (pedestal table) because their delivery truck had broken down. He was supposed to come back after the truck repair for the other pieces (bed post, and wall unit). After not hearing from him in couple of weeks, I called back to the store. I was told the table was finished. I asked when would it be redelivered and the other pieces picked up. He said the guy who worked on it would call me back. After another week, I called back and was able to talk with the one who fixed it. He said he would come by next week and would call me. A couple of weeks passed and no call. I called again and was told that since the original guy did not get back with me, they would come out and pick it up. Another week passed so I called and told them I would pick it up myself and not to worry about fixing the other two pieces that I would have someone else do it. I went the next day and picked up my table.
