Contacted Fast-Teks for computer repair. They came to my home the same day. The tech was very professional and was able to quickly make the repair. He also helped me with a problem I was having with my iPhone. He was here about 40 minutes. The charge is $85 per hour. They do have a coupon on the website for $15 off the first hour. Total charge was $70 plus tax. So much easier than taking my computer in to the shop and waiting for days to take care of a simple issue. Will use them again.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. The tech came fairly quickly (same day I called) and was very courteous and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it perfectly. I believe they have a minimum $90 charge but no extra fee for house calls in the Rapid City area (don't know exactly what that covers). Overall seems to be a very good outfit and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
