OUTSTANDING JOB! Chris gave us insight into the inspection as he & I walked around the property. He pointed out issues that needed to be dealt with prior to having a VA appraiser look at the house & made suggestions on how to make improvements after closing. He was also willing to explain items like water softeners & well functioning that I was not familiar with. The final report was very well organized and included a detailed summary that was easy to forward to the current home owners for repairs. To top it off, although Chris is about getting the inspection done and doing it well, he is also very personable and was willing to answer any questions that we came up with.
