Concrete Leveling, Concrete Repair
Dan showed up late. Changed the price. Did not get the proper permits which delayed the work. Dan did not size the foundation properly which delayed the project another day. There was no good compaction of the aggregate which has made the foundation fall on one side considerably to the point of needing mudjacking. His employees did not show much concern for quality but to make a quick job and only do enough to last two years before it had to be expensively repaired.
