concrete repair, mudjacking
 + 0 moreDan showed up late. Changed the price. Did not get the proper permits which delayed the work. Dan did not size the foundation properly which delayed the project another day. There was no good compaction of the aggregate which has made the foundation fall on one side considerably to the point of needing mudjacking. His employees did not show much concern for quality but to make a quick job and only do enough to last two years before it had to be expensively repaired.
Description of Work: This company made an concrete foundation for a 24' by 38' garage. They did not compact the aggregate. Form was crooked in the back and had to cut concrete to put siding on. He would not cut it after ha said he would. Price quoted in writing was $2999.00 and Dan Holm said he couldn't do it for less than $4,000 the day work was to begin. Made lude and suggestive comments about my wife when she was not around. Hired employees whom were not accustomed to concrete and were hired as day labor. Dan Holm and his son were constantly bickering loudly and with very explicit language. Both neighbors have children.
