Allergic to and also afraid of dogs. Dogs all over the waiting area. Employees let theirs run loose and customers let their go up to other people without asking if it was OK. Saw at least 9 dogs in the area. This was not healthy for me nor safe and sanitary for other customers. Dogs do bite and more so when in unfamiliar surroundings. One person was feeding their dog the courtesy treats meant for customers. Last Subaru I will buy and will be selling mine for a make where I don't have to be exposed to dogs when I need my car fixed.

I have in the past had a subaru and both my kids own one. When taking them in for servicing that have always been very polite and taken good care of my families cars.

I have used Courtesy Subaru to service my cars for many years, I have found them to be honest and trustworthy. They do good work. Duane, in the service department has been especially helpful. Their new facility is very nice!

They are very courteous. They always get you in quickly and are efficient. They always get your approval on work before they start it. They are very reliable.

I had just lost my most loved car in a car wreck (at no fault of my own). I was reviving money from a insurance company soon but knew as soon as I revived the money the rental car I was driving would get pulled from me the next day so I knew I needed to find a good reliable family car and FAST! I had been looking around and comparing prices. I had done my homework and had found quiet a few cars just like I found at this dealer ship and all around the same price as the one I purchased from this dealer ship. I knew other local dealer ships where selling the same make and model and year for about the same price but decided to buy the 1st one I seen in person It had some small dents but nothing bad and drove great! It was right in my price rang and 5years newer then the car I had that ended up totaled. The price was a grand over what I had and I was able to talk them down a grand and was sure I had made the right choice. I put some money down to have the car held for me Intel my insurance money came in at the end of the week. I came back a few days later and payed my car off and took it home. It seemed like a great car and we had planned to come back to the dealer ship in a few months to buy a subaru for my boy friend also! But 2weeks after owning the car the bumper fell off! It had been sitting in my drive way for a few days and when it snowed over night it filled the bumper full of snow and was half hanging on and the other half was laying in my drive way! Only to then realize they had used a small wire to hold the bumper on! Thank god it fell off parked in my drive way and I didn't end up driving over it! I called the dealer ship but they could careless. Had I known This would happen I would have went to one of the other near by car dealer ships offering the same make model and year for the same price only would have been fully intact!

my daughter and I have had oil changes, she had recall service done and they gave her a loaner car for a week. I had just an oil change and tires exchanged on my last visit and they came to my work place picked up my car and did the work and dropped it off. Both our cars are older but run well because Subaru makes it easy to get our cars serviced.
Also on my last visit I thought I needed more work done but the Service Manager checked my records on my car and only did what was necessary. Very thorough, reliable and honest. I am so pleased with Subaru service that I won't go anywhere else!!!
