BRASS HYDRANT PET GROOMING CTR

I've had my dog in three times. Three strikes and you're out with me. All three times she failed to cut the hair as asked.

Got in quickly. But a few days later during brushing not only did she look like they used dry wash but she had a lice infestation. There is no way if a proper grooming job performed that it would be missed.

They were able to make an appointment on short notice. However, when we picked up our dog the cut was, by their description, uneven. Other than being uneven it barely looked as though he had been groomed. The hair around his bottom/privates and eyes didn't even look like it had been trimmed. I was shocked that they would charge me for what they already knew was a bad/uneven cut. If they knew it was uneven they should have fixed it before calling us to pick him up. That was very unprofessional. I can't believe the groomer who cut him was fully trained, or had any idea what she was doing.
We took our Maltese to Brass Hydrant due to a death in the family and needed an immediate groom, and his regular groomer was booked and unable to fit him in. He's been regularly groomed for 3 years and is very well behaved during the grooming process. Needless to say we will NEVER go back to Brass Hydrant.

Brass hydrant is a great grooming place. They were able to fit my dog in right away for grooming. They did exactly what I asked for. He looked great when I picked him up.
