Description of Work: We own commercial property under the name Shad Properties Group,LLC. Black Hills Property Preservation have provided service to our property. We highly recommend them. In the business, you cannot make every client. Happy. If 1 percent complains, you are doing a good job. One cannot please everyone. For all these years that we own these assets, we have found their service to be credible.

 + -1 moreI contacted a few lawn service companies and Chris is the only one who got back to me the same day I first called him and left a message. He does very good work. I also hired him for another job to haul off yard waste that we had laying on the sides of our house for quite some time. Now we do not have such a fire hazard. I like the fact that he takes credit card payments. I have hired him to do weekly cuts and trims and he cut me a little bit of a break on the base cost. He had to charge me a little extra on top of the base cost since I live out of city limits. I highly recommend Black Hills Property Preservation.
