The doctors in the emergency clinic are very responsive and caring. They are very knowledgable and have always given us all the information we need in order to take the best course of action for our elderly Great Dane. The whole staff always makes us feel like they really care about our pets and are very understanding of each situation.

I wrote a review of my experience with Noah's Ark and based on their customer service via the phone will never bring my animals in to see them. Animal Clinic was night and day. Plus they have the emergency after hours clinic which is amazing to have as animals don't always get hurt during business hours!
So the whole thing is that Noah's Ark couldn't see us and we needed another vet. We were initially going to wait for the future appointment Noah's Ark made for us but the waiting was definitely a problem for my cat. He was getting worse by the hour. By the time I got home from work to see my cat I knew we couldn't wait overnight and next day waiting for Noah's Ark. I brought him to Animal Clinic for after hours treatment. We were brought right in without any wait (waited in the room waiting for the vet for approx 10 minutes, but that's it). They were kind, courteous and as a Californian who just moved to SD I was shocked at how cheap the afterhours clinic was. A few years ago another cat of ours had an abscess (albeit not as bad) and that cost $500 initially plus follow up visit costs which I don't recall the total price. Total Animal Clinic was only 359 and this was afterhours---- the afterhours clinic in CA costs 4x any normal vet visit. So I was floored by that too.
I was very pleased overall and plan on coming back to them for all our various pet needs.

We have used them for a long time and they have been really helpful when we had sick pets. They are just very friendly.

I'm new to the area, and my cat needed his vaccines updated, so a friend referred me here. I had actually made an appointment somewhere else first and had to cancel it, and when I called here at noon they were able to fit me in at 3:40pm! This was great of them, as I live out of town and Fridays are the only day I can make it in. The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and thrilled to meet my cat. These people love animals! The "new patient" paperwork was quick and easy, and they were careful to discuss with me everything that they were going to do beforehand to make sure that all of my cat's needs were met. I had to wait a while in the room before the doctor came in (she had to finish with another patient), but once she arrived she did everything quickly and efficiently, even though my cat was putting on his best escape artist routine (I had to help hold him on the counter). Perhaps the best part: Since I wrote on my paperwork that my friend had referred me, they gave me $25 off (which was half the bill!). I've heard of companies doing that for people who refer new customers, but never for the people who were themselves referred. That was quite a pleasant surprise!

They are very professional and caring, and with the Emergency Clinic, there is a veterinarian available 24 hours a day on site. I recently had a very sick pet who was hospitalized for nearly a week. They provided wonderful continuity of care during that time, which is quite difficult over 5 different vets, and around 8-10 different techs. I was VERY pleased with all the care, and the support I received during a trying time.
