I can not say enough good things about Phil. He was there for us when we needed a qualified roofer. We had a membrane roof put on a couple of years prior that was leaking and the previous contractor we hired would not stand behind their work. Contacting Phil was the best thing I could have done. He helped us get through it and went above what you would expect from a contractor. He cares about you and your roof and it shows in the quality of his work. He stands behind his work.

We contaced Phil at Advanced Roofing to have our roof repaired after loosing several shingles to a horrible wind storm.
Someone came out to our house and told us they found three missing ridge shingles and they sealed the areas involved. And they said they need to order a whole bundle of shingles to get the three replaced.
We agreed to this. After over 15 days and no repair work, we started calling Phil on his cell asking for and update. We received no response after 5 calls and finally this morning, Phil answered. When we asked him about the status of the repair, he said they were backed up and said he couldn't do the repair and we should find someone else.
Just poor response all around.
One note: They did not charge for the sealing of the area of the missing shingles.

"most companys would have charged at least a hundred dollars to look at roof, we did not , plus we sealed in the area to prevent water damage, did not charge for that, sometimes things happen and fall thru the cracks."

They did wonderful job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were here when they said they were going to be as well. They also picked up very well after themselves, and they got the job done when they said they would. I thought that the quality of the work was good too.
