He will spray herbicide without regard for weather conditions or private property. He was spraying the neighbor's lot and the blue-tinted herbicide spray was blowing across the road onto my property where I recently planted new trees. I asked him to wait until the wind went down or at least spray low to the ground--the spray was several feet in the air. He called the sheriff and reported me for harrassment--which I discovered in the local newspaper's Sheriff's report. The next week, I noticed three of my trees with dead curled leaves.
