 + -1 moreBill Robinson replaced my roof. He acquired the appropriate permit and had it displayed so that it was easily seen from the street. Given the state of my roof, he checked with the city of Pierre and found that for my roof to be compliant, he needed to put down plywood first and then re-shingle the roof. Most of all, he was very good at keeping me up-to-date on his progress and any unforseen changes (like the plywood). I would definitely recommend him to others. Also, I am a stickler for professionalism and Bill got an A+ in my book. Regarding the price, I had acquired estimates from other roofing contractors in the area and even with the unforseen cost of the plywood, the final cost was still less than any of the other quotes.
