Joel and crew did an outstanding job. They are very good at what do and ask that you do not interrupt them while they work. These guys work like a well oiled machine. Before signing a contract I viewed  Angie's list and found good reviews for American Builders. I also checked references as Joel had done another garage in my development about 3 years ago and had recently done a large garage for this same persons son in law, they were happy with everything and gave a great recommendation. I am very happy with the overall job. Joel was very professional and did all he said he would do and gave me great advice. I received a written estimate in less then half an hour and am still waiting for estimates from 6 months back from others that viewed this job. Be aware that these guys do nothing but build garages and are busy so if you decide to go with American Builders you will be put on a waiting list so I recommend you do your homework and get the contract signed. My dirt work was started on a Monday and the garage was finished the following week on Tuesday.  This included the Memorial Day weekend, numerous days of light rain, and waiting on the special siding to arrive, if not for all these set backs the garage would have been done on Friday of the same week.
Over all I was very impressed and plan to use Joel again when I do my next project.

The job went very well from the time the hole was dug to the cement was pored, when they came to do the framing the garage was done in 3 days, they done a great job.

It went great! I contracted with Joel to build the garage over the winter, so it would be ready in the spring. This was the last thing we needed done before moving to our Hill City, SD home. Joel did a great job when he came out to quote the job, he did a great job of communicating with us during the building process, and he delivered exactly what we ordered. He is exactly the type of contractor i like, someone who knows his job, and who will do it right, without any prompting from the customer. The quality of Joel's work is OUTSTANDING. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.
