Computer Repair
When I entered the business there were 2 employees discussing their phone apps and another employee gathering garbage. I brought a desktop computer with me that was infected with a virus. The employee removing the garbage told me that she would help me when she got back from taking out the garbage. I was advised that they were swamped and everyone wanted their computers fixed fast but so that I was aware I would have to "wait in line" for approximately 3 to 7 days. This computer was a work computer and when we got it back the tech had not cleaned and reloaded the programs correctly. We have since found a new technician that works out very well for us.
