The provider:

• Usually vacuumed the kids’ rooms and sometimes cleaned the ceiling fans.  Rarely dusting.  She did not do any laundry or make beds upon my request.
• Vacuumed the master, dusted most items, and sometimes cleaned the ceiling fans.
• Vacuumed the bathroom floors, cleaned toilets, sinks, and mirrors.  Rarely dusting or wiped down cabinetry.
• Vacuumed the laundry room.  Rarely dusting, cleaned sink, or wiped down cabinetry or washer and dryer.
• Vacuumed kitchen and dining room floor, some dusting, sanitized only areas of counter tops that she thought were dirty, cleaned sinks, occasionally mopped and polished wood floors.  Rarely wiped down cabinetry and appliances.
• Vacuumed and dusted living area.
• Provider DID NOT move any furniture to clean under, ONLY used a Swiffer duster to dust, SOMETIMES moved counter top items to clean under, and DID NOT scrub to remove build up on anything.  She DID NOT clean windows or window ledges.  She DID NOT clean inside of any appliance (microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher)

After the provider finished cleaning, there was no smell of freshness or cleanness (Bleach, Pine Sol, Lysol, or Pledge, etc.)
I consistently found so many things untouched, skipped, or uncleaned (lamp shades, bottom shelves of coffee table or end tables, underneath DVD player or cable boxes)
I was completely unsatisfied with this "quality of cleaning" after paying $160.50 for 5 hours of cleaning at 2.5 hours per visit!
