The experience was great. Doug worked directly with my insurance company in resolving the estimate differences. They ordered all the parts and got the truck setup just like it should have been. The work was done great. They really lived up to their motto of "Finishing Touches Make All The Difference". He completely detailed the interior of my truck, made sure I was aware of anything that wasn't going to be covered by my insurance and made sure that they did all the right work to make it look awesome.
