Our sales rep Bob was easy going, knowledgeable, flexible, and no pressure. The installers were professional, neat and timely. The windows look great and function well. We installed 5 Anderson windows earlier this year at a cost of $4000. Almost 2.5 times higher than Clear Choice. We'll see how the windows hold up over the long term, but through the installation. We found little to no difference in service or function. Anderson's exterior wraps are a little more detailed and the interior trim for our Clear Choice glider wasn't what we expected. But neither of these things mattered to us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience working with Clear Choice.

Joel answered an email from me many months ago, and when I called for an estimate months later he was able to schedule an appointment within the week. He reviewed our needs, explained his product and pricing (very clear and reasonable, by the way). We signed the contract, and three weeks later he called to set up an installation date. Tim the installer was on time, friendly, and did nice work. We were pleased, and after living with the windows for several months, we decided they looked nice enough to go on our main level as well. I highly recommend this company for reasonably priced vinyl window replacement.
