Work seemed to go well and he does a good job, but knew we had a budget to work with, did not say anything and when work was completed, the final bill was more than twice what we told him we could afford. He left the job knowing that a pipe was leaking, didn't respond for 2 weeks when I contacted him to come back to fix the pipe. He then offered to pay a portion of what we had to pay for someone else to fix the leak he left us with. He also had the nerve to tell me the pipe wasn't leaking when he left even though his exact words were, "if this keeps leaking you can shut off the valve and get ahold of me." He also asked me if my husband was going to blow a gasket when he told me how much the final bill was. He had his girlfriend contact me for payment after I had paid what the original estimate was. She threatened legal action less than 15 days from when he submitted the final bill to us. If you hire this guy, be prepared for big surprises when you get the final bill.
