HELMIN SEAMLESS GUTTERS

I called a local lumber and building company to see if they had a gutter business they worked with and could recommend. They gave me the name and # of Matt's Seamless Gutters and I promptly called them for a quote. He came out the same day and gave us a quote which was quite a bit less than the others and had a 100% guarantees his work. Matt said he was currently working on a job but would be out in approx 2 to 3 weeks to do the work. I had to call a several times since he didn't come out when he stated he would and did not get back to me when I called. Finally over a month and a half later Matt was at my house and he apologized for not getting back to me but that his father had passed away and he wasn't doing so well. He assured me that everything was ok now and he would take care of any problems with the gutters. It took all day to do the gutters and they looked great. He did not leave any messes and was courteous. About a week later we had a rain and I noticed the gutters were dripping in several areas. I had to call many times but he finally called back and said that he would be out the following weekend to make the repairs, he never showed and I have left about 10 messages on several different numbers I had. I called the lumber company that I originally received the referral from and they said they no longer are referring him because he has not contacted them and they have product he ordered for jobs at there business and has never picked up. I now will have to hire another person to come out a fix his poor workmanship.
