There is good and bad with every company. With Long Lines, the actual cable installer and the repair tech were really good. Now for the not so good. The back office operations is BAD. They raised their prices, without any warning multiple times in the year I was with them. I was supposed to be on a promotional rate and every few months, it kept going up. When you call, the representatives have a "I don't give a **** attitude." I disconnected 13 months after the initial installation. When I handed in the equipment, the woman in the office was taken aback that I wanted a receipt for the equipment. Thank heavens I insisted on it, since it looks like we will be headed to court -- they keep billing me for service. STAY AWAY!!!!

Their customer service is excellent. They've delivered phones to my house and have always made sure I have good replacement phones. They are a wonderful company.
