Although Erskin Construction is in demand, Todd was able to squeeze us in during the busy summer months. Final product was exceptional quality with attention to detail. Excellent contractor with crews and subcontractors who are extremely good at what they do. Highly recommend for additions or new construction.

Ongoing. Todd partners in the design of the home, selection of products, helps with pricing, helps find economies, negotiates with subcontractors to get best quality for best price. The home we're working on now hasn't been started, but the plan and sub contractors are all in place. Todd has done other large and small construction projects for me and he is a perfectionist, does flawless work, and really cares about his work. His price is right, no surprises. He is capable of taking on large complex projects and completing them to perfection, in time. He is also an altruistic person who donates his time and skill to his church and its projects.
