They came to my house and gave me a verbal estimate to install a heater in my garage. The price was very good. I called back a few weeks later to schedule the installation and he kind of remembered the situation and took down my information and scheduled the installation. The day they were supposed to install it I had to call them about an hour and a half after they were supposed to be there and ask why they weren't there. They claimed to have been at my house and ringing my doorbell, but I know they were not, and I know that the doorbell is in working order. I believe that they were either at the wrong house, or determined that they under estimated the cost and didn't care to show up. They offered to reschedule but my time cannot be wasted by people that aren't organized enough to write down my address and phone number and won't call me if something is glaringly wrong with a situation.
Description of Work: They were supposed to install a heater in my garage, but for some reason did not show up, and did not call to determine if they were at the right house.
