About us
We are a full service automotive repair center featuring ASE Trained Techs and are a member of the Automotive Service Association.We do most all repair except for body work. We do replace door glass and mirrors. We are unique in that we offer both new parts and the availability of quality recycled parts to save you money but both have a one year parts and labor unlimited mileage guaranty in our shop unless otherwise noted. Nordstrom's has the latest diagnostic tools and equipment very similar to what you would find in many new car dealerships and a very friendly staff to help with all of your automotive needs. We have four techs to serve you and accept most credit cards.

They called us on Thursday afternoon to let us know that they would need to get some parts from their salvage lot to fix the problem. On Friday they worked on the sway bar links, exhaust and shocks. On Monday and Tuesday, they tried several salvaged Ford Focus door interiors and latches, trying to get one that worked.
Finally on Wednesday morning, they were able to fix the problem. Even though it took them several tries to get the door repaired, the cost of the project was no more than they had quoted us. The entire project (which included) the exhaust, shocks and sway bar work, was less than the local Ford dealership had estimated to fix the door.
We are really pleased with what they did, and the price they charged us.
We dropped the car off that afternoon. The next day when we called them, they said the problem was simply a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. They said we would be free to bring a new one from elsewhere if we wished or they could install one for us.
When we arrived the next morning with a new battery from an auto parts store, Nordstroms said they wouldn't charge us anything for the test. The charge was, and quot;nothing for that. There was nothing wrong.and quot; In fact, they helped my husband install the new battery out in the parking lot.
reIt was slightly inconvenient to have to drive 26 miles out of town, but the service and cost were well worth it. We'll be back again.
