Horrible; got ceiling lights installed in living room, and jury-rigged basement electrical problem...still charged same amount minus about $250 when I complained to the owner.

Interior lighting and ceiliing fans installed professionally, and electrical sockets moved with no problems. After that, things went badly. Technician could not figure out how to run wiring from electrical panel to add three-way switch in garage to operate back yard lighting, and could not get support from supervisor. Several attempts to correct bar electrical (random tripping of GFI) resulted in less-than-satisfactory work that has bar electrical working, but now basement bathroom GFI trips randomly instead. None of the other requested work (garage heater, outside lighting) was attempted or even discussed. Two days after last visit, received bill for $2100. After complaining, technicians returned to work on basement bar electrical, (see above) and reduced bill to $2000 (deducted 3 man-hours). No further discussion of garage heater/outside lighting. Owners of company seem unconcerned about charging almost full price of original estimate, although more than half of work was not completed. Part of problem blamed on hour(s!) used to relocate two electrical outlets about 18" each. Poor clean-up after each visit (old electric parts left laying about, covers left off).
