Would only work if owner has an exact drawing as to location of plantings. Also ask and document questions and answers. If he says he will stake trees as part of the cost document that. Make sure trees are not planted under power lines regardless of where business owner flags the planting spots..double check locations and be there to confirm locations. If owner says he will use moisture holding beads when planting make sure he follows through. If you buy and expect a guarantee have it in complete writing. Do not assume that something that never even leafs out is guaranteed or evergreens brought in are guaranteed for even 60 days. Everything documented in writing is the best bet. Be cautious of add ons...'oh I forgot to tell you you need stakes etc and that will cost'. Get everything in writing as sales person can be absent minded and follow up after sales is slow. We are still waiting for evergreens that did not make it in April 2011 which we have been promised will be replaced a a reduced cost and now October 2011.
