Furniture - Sales, Carpet Installation
We had just moved back to Sioux Falls from a two year commitment on the mission field.
We needed a kitchen table immediately. I found one at Family Floors and Furniture in Brandon
that I thought would meet our needs, and made the purchase.
A little later in that same day I found another table that was more affordable so I called
Family Floors and Furniture to cancel my purchase order the following morning. To my surprise,
they cancelled my order alright but slapped-on a $25 fee for their trouble.
Their store slogan is: "If you're buying for us, you're buying from family" but it didn't feel very "family
friendly" to me.
