They dumped my antique china cabinet off the end of the truck.
They walked out on the job where they did not even clean up on the ashes.
It was a nightmate to have a house fire and have people treat you like this. They charged me for three hours of travel and they might be there a half hour to two hours.
It took them a month to fill two dumpters with fluffy stuff such as couches and matresses.
They said if I put an insurance claim against them they would have to keep my furniture. I had to find all of my own people around here. They might be able to clean your carpet, but nothing else.
Very expensive, but seemed to be very knowledgeable, and remediation certified so that our insurance company took his word for the damage done and we got our reimbursement very quickly.
