The refinishing and install went very well. They applied a few different stain samples side by side on the new floor to help us select the best stain color. They were very pleasant to work with. We called them back a few months later in our remodel project when we noticed that some areas under the baseboard hot water radiators were not stained and that the areas were visible when the covers were put on. They came back and took care of the "issue" in a timely and professional manner.
