We called one day and they came 2 days later. They had a full crew , worked all day got the whole project done in ONE day! It was amazing, they cleaned up and were done so QUICK! The job was perfect!

I had a 4 season room and a 2 tiered deck built. My neighbors were amazed at how quickly the structure was built. 2020 was a crazy year with supply shortages and delivery delays. These guys drove all over the place gathering what they needed to complete the job. Ironclad kept me informed and worked with me to get my project done. It is Fantastic I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend Ironclad

The Ironclad team just finished our exterior remodeling project. New LP siding, soffit fascia, stone, windows and doors and a front entry porch. It was a complete transformation! Feels like we live in a brand new home. These guys are true professional. Employees are certified installers and they donâ t subcontract out any work..this was very important for us. Project was on time, on budget, no surprises.Thank you so much welove it!!

Signed contract and met with the contractor in spring said would-be June or July before installation. Waited and after numerous unanswered calls and emails through August have given up on Ironclad as a whole! At least callback and say you are not going to do a job!

"Our bid was delivered March 30th. Bid include a 15% spring discount which expired in 30 days (April 30th). Received signed proposal June 8th however landlord (this was for a rental property) was not able to give the required deposit at that time. Per the proposal, **Materials will be ordered and project scheduled once the deposit is received**. Deposit required since the landlord wanted custom colored siding which need to be custom ordered. We waited 2 more months and did not receive deposit. Landlord finally contacted us to start project with in next 2 weeks. Still no down payment so materials not ordered. Lead times to receive materials from manufacturer are now 12 weeks. Proposal expired months ago and still no deposit. Unfortunately, not a project we could move forward on."

We gave them a portion of the money and it was about 6 weeks before we heard from them again. I emailed and still nothing. After a stern email announcing I was getting upset they dropped the materials off in the yard and it was another 4 weeks before someone showed up. The customer service needs improvement but after everything our deck is fabulous!!

"It was a very difficult year regarding decking materials due to shortages. We ended up having to order from three different suppliers in order to get the materials need to complete the project. Delivery time frames were extraordinary long and and changed numerous times. Unfortunately I did not received any emails, however we should have communicated better, and we will. Dave, we hope you enjoy your new Trex Deck! Steve and the IRONCLAD Team!"

Steve was very honest with what was happening with my roof and the amount of repairs I needed. The roofing crew that he sent were very polite and courteous to me and my family as we continued with our daily lives. They cleaned up everything as they went and made sure my driveway was clear of nails to prevent flat tires. My roof looks amazing and it only took them two days. Very efficient crew, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
