All went very well. They arrived on time and were very professional.

Dan's employee, Juan, was on time with a big smile. He was so kind and did an exceptional job. He explained everything he was doing. The best part... he took before/after photos. It was amazing the crud he removed. I highly recommend Dan's Drains and Ducts. 5☆ service.

Dan arrived and i explained the problem I had. He explained the options that were available and explained he liked to start at the top and work his way down. Sure enough he found a clog in the U pipe, removed it and ran a test. His attention to the little things saved me the price of pipe cleaning which would have been the first option of most outfits. His prices were more than fair and surprising compared to others. Needless to say he cleaned the area (probably better than he found it),

We thought it went very well! The "before and after" pictures showed how well the dust and debris were removed.

Service tech was friendly and respectful of property. Worked patiently around clutter. Received a followup call that evening and text the next day with before and after pics post service. Less dust in the air and dryer is running more efficiently.

Work was performed well in trying circumstances. Some areas were difficult for him to access.

Last week, I noticed that my sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher weren't draining properly. They were draining into each other, causing a very foul smell. The dishwasher overflowed, causing a small flood in my kitchen.

Going the cheap route initially, I bought some drain cleaner and it didn't work. Having used Dan several months earlier to unclog a drain in my laundry room, I knew he was the guy I wanted to fix the kitchen clog.

I called Dan and told him about the problem. He made time to stop over the very same afternoon. He was on time and, as in my previous encounter, was extremely pleasant. I asked him to unclog the drainage system in the kitchen, but he told me he could do a much better job if he worked on the clog from the main pipe in the basement. The basement pipes are VERY old, but Dan worked delicately to remove the cleanout bolt so as not to break the pipe. 

The clog was basically built up sludge from over the years, so he worked and worked to clean it. Even after the kitchen drainage system began to work properly, when he could have packed up and left, he continued to work cleaning out the sludge to ensure that I would not have the problem again. He also gave me some very good advice about maintaining the integrity of the plumbing.

The bill was significantly lower than I thought it would be. 

I recommend Dan as an A+ service provider. I would use him again in a heartbeat and have recommended him to others.

We built this house in 2005 but have always had problems with dust. Didn't think about it but construction leaves a lot dust in air vents that gets recirculated throughout you house every time your heat and air run. Also, my husband has allergies that were really bothering him. A friend suggested getting ducts cleaned and recommended Dan's Drain and Duct Cleaning. I called him and he was able to do the job within a few days. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job. The difference is amazing! Dusting way less often and my husband has gotten a lot of relief. I would and have highly recommended Dan to everyone! A great value for a reasonable price!o
