Rick's was an exemplary company to deal with. I had called 3 HVAC companies early on a Friday and left messages describing the problem and leaving our furnace model number with them. Only Rick's returned the call the same day. They were able to come out the same day but at a time at which I wouldn't be home. So we scheduled for Monday. Their employee arrived promptly. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He had about 5 motors with him based on our model number but still none of them were quite right. So he had to run back into town and get one that would fit...our furnace is nearly 40 years old. The new motor was 4 speed instead of 3 like the original, so he had to add a capacitator, too. My only complaint is the new motor was made in China instead of the U.S. ...

The 40 amp contractor had to be replaced. Kevin knew right away what the trouble was. He had the part with him and just within 15 minutes or so he had the air conditioner running. He checked the thermostat to make sure that was working also. Thank you Kevin.

Repair man did a couple of checks and found that the filter was clogged due to excessive dust from remodel work being done. Gentleman has done work in our home before and both times was timely on arrival and in his work. He's very professional and nice. The company prices are reasonable and I will continue to call Rick's with all our HVAC needs.
