They are excellent. First, they have the only product that works. They guarantee their work for life. If anything goes wrong, they come out to fix it free. The men who were installing the gutter protectors, and they took the leaves off. Their boss showed up about 25 minutes after the crew did it. There was another time, when I thought I had a problem. I called them up and asked to send someone here to have a look around. Next day, they were here with the ladder. I didn't have a problem, and it was an illusion. They are top rated. I recommend them to everybody in the neighborhood.

Gutter Cleaning
I had many gutter protector salesmen show up to give me an estimate. Most were unprepared, part timers, or fly-by-night here today, gone tomorrow types. Some couldn't actually quote me a price, but had to take the measurements to someone who would call me. Gutter Protectors representative showed up (on time) with a video in a lap top, some samples of their product, and was very professional. We agreed on the job, the price and how paid. They arranged financing for me as we'd just moved here from Ireland and were strapped for money. Who isn't? The work is described in the paragraphs above. On two occasions, the manager came back after a rain storm to see how they'd done, and if I had any suggestions or complaints. I had none, but he still "tweaked" the covers in a few places. Two years after the work was completed (last week), I called and had a question about the covers. The manager/now owner and a helper arrived from their office in Rock Hill, checked out my concerns (nothing was wrong), cleaned all pine needle collections (not their job), tested with hose again, and added a few features for better results. After about 2 hours here, I asked what I owed him, and he said: "Nothing, I enjoying making my customers happy!" WOW! I had recommended him to a neighbor, and he had had them installed too. The Gutter Protector owner took a walk around their house, and sent his man to clean any needles that had accumulated. Outstanding businessman!

As already stated, we are very pleased and our yard has a ton of liquid amber and other very tall trees so we've saved ourselves a lot of gutter cleaning.

Excellent job. John and his team were very courteous, efficient and professional. The gutter protectors work very well and match the house nicely. John came back around a couple of months after the original installation to put a gutter protector into an extra piece of guttering that the builder forgot to originally install. He also checked out the original job and made some adjustments. Nice touch!

I decided to use John Roberts. John was not the cheapest he was definitely the most professional. What sold me on John was his honesty... he was informative and offered a reasonable cure and after this we decided we wanted the protectors. This added curb appeal as well as the ability to sit in your garage during a rainstorm and enjoy not getting soaked. The problem is now resolved. Doing business with him helped restore my faith in people and I now consider him a trusted friend and will recommend him and his product to any one in the market.

It was excellent quality. The company came by to check on us when they were in the neighborhood and saw we had a problem with the diverter and help us get it fixed. My daughter also had work done by the company because of our success.

The two installers did an excellent job, before, during, and after, (clean-up,etc). Our contract includes lifetime "no clog & no overshoot". The warranty is for 20 years and is transferable should we sell our house. We have had 2 very heavy rains since the gutter was installed, and none of the previous problems of overflow water, leaks, or debris. We are very pleased.

John Roberts and Mike Hooks came to the house for our presentation. These men truly care about their job. They presented their product with a thorough understanding of all the products on the market today. Although my husband and I were already in the process of a major landscape job, Chris and his crew were able to work around each other to remove our old gutters and install the new gutters with the protectors. Overall, the job was completed to our satisfaction. John and Mike both returned to our home to inspect the job and had Chris return to make a few minor adjustments that my husband and I would never have noticed. However, their mind set is that every job should look as if it were on their own homes, therefore, the adjustments were made to their liking and ours too.

I spoke with Jennifer at the company and she said they were unable to come out at the times we were available. I gave her another date but told her that only I would be home (my husband travels extensively) and she said they would not come out to the home unless BOTH husband and wife were home. I was very insulted and confused. Sounded like a high pressure sales pitch to me. I guess we won't be able to even consider them. I told her this and she didn't seem to mind. If you ask me, that's pretty darn rude.

The sales agent I talked to was extremely knowledgeable regarding their product (and others) and examined the exterior of my home thoroughly. He was very capable and assisted me in understanding the products and my individual home needs. The installers did a wonderful job. The quality of work was excellent and their pace was swift. One of the nicest surprises came after the work was complete. Their General Manager, John Roberts, came out and inspected the work that was performed. He talked to me, made sure they had met or exceeded my expectations, and offered his assistance, if anything further was needed. In summary, the product and people couldn't have been better!

From the very start these people were the very best. Joe Lombardi gave us an excellent presentation that proved their system was superior. We agreed and the same day John Roberts, the General Manager called us to thank us for our business. The next day, they scheduled our installation within two days! When the installation crew arrived, I met them...most professional. They took time to explain what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They did a first class job and while they were working, John Roberts, came by to make sure everything was running smoothly. They finished the next day and cleaned up the entire yard. You would not know they had been at our home. A very minor problem I mentioned to John...the next day it was fixed and approved my me. Once in a while you find a company that offers quality and service that is outstanding. So be it for The Real Gutter Protector.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. THEY FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY AND KEPT THEIR WORD. I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM IN THE VALLEYS AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT TO FIX IT. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND I'VE BEEN THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE GUTTER PROTECTOR SYSTEM, IT REALLY WORKS GREAT. JOHN ROBERTS IS THE GENERAL MANAGER, AND HE HAS BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH AS WELL. HE'S CALLED TO CHECK UP ON OUR SYSTEM A COUPLE OF TIMES JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK WITH US, AND HE IS SINCERE AND I BELIEVE HE REALLY CARES. I THINK THE PRODUCT IS PROBABLY VERY GOOD, BUT THEY GAVE US A FLAT PRICE. THEY OFFERED DIFFERENT PRICING IF WE CALLED IN A DIFFERENT DAY. WE ARE NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE HIGH-PRESSURE SALESMAN. THEIR PRICES WERE HIGHER THAN WE HAD ANTICIPATED, AS WELL.
