About us
Employees: Morgan's Custom Builders keeps one to five employees according on how large the job is. Subcontracting: Building additions I will hire roofing and masonry subs to speed the job up as long as I can be on the job with them. Contracts: A Contract will always be signed before any work starts to keep the home owner and myself on the same page. Payments: Payments are usually in thirds according how large or small the job. Morgan's Custom Builders will be on the job a minimum of 8 hours a day until the job is complete. We will never start another job until yours is complete.
