We are thrilled with Eason Roofing who professionally managed every single aspect of our roofing projects from initial call to quote to materials selection to completed job to clean up and follow up. In addition we were made to feel personally connected to the company by the attention we were given by Ben Eason. Ben freely shared his knowledge and expertise from many years of experience in the roofing business but also went out of his way to offer helpful advice with other projects, like our HVAC, where he has years of experience as well. The customer service was above and beyond what we've experienced with other roofing contractors in the area and we would highly recommend calling Eason first. In 2011 our roof (four years old at the time) suffered severe damage as a result of a major hail storm. Since then we had tried to get Allstate Insurance to cover damage to our roof with no success. Nine years later and after paying another roofing company $2,500 to fix a major leak, I called Eason Roofing when a second major leak occurred. I had called Eason based on the very positive online reviews that I found. Jason Lindsay arrived to inspect our roof and believed that we did have a valid insurance claim. Although Allstate subsequently denied us again, Jason went to bat for us and ended up getting Allstate to do the right thing by their customer. In the process, Jason made four trips to our home on our behalf, without any commitment from us to hire Eason for repair or replacement work. Thanks to Jason, Allstate eventually agreed to replace our roof. Jason and the team at Eason arrived within a week of our claim approval and spent four days completing the job. Their crew was excellent to work with and we now have a new roof that looks beautiful and will protect our family for many years to come. I cannot thank Jason, his crew, and the company's owner Frank Eason enough for their professionalism, diligence and quality workmanship. It is so rare these days to find a home improvement company with anything close to the ethics of Eason Roofing. If you're in need of roof repairs or replacement, I can guarantee you're in excellent hands with Eason Roofing.

The process was easy. They sent me an email asking if I still needed roof to be done. Ben went to property, we spoke briefly, he provided the estimate that evening. I called him back to ask that he schedule the job. He called me Monday morning to let me know they would complete the job on Tuesday. They finished in 1 day. They were there early in the morning and done by afternoon. They cleaned up through out the day so no mess was left. They came back Wednesday to pick up leftover supplies and took some after pics for me.

After a storm a couple of areas on one of my roofs had to be repaired (plywood plus shingles). I am pleased with their work, it was correctly done in my estimation with a great degree of professionalism. Will use again for any roofing work if needed

We purchased a 6 year old home with major roofing issues. Eason Roofing was hired to completely replace the existing aphalt shingles and metal roofing. To our amazement, the owner Frank Eason personally supervised the project each and every day. Cleanup daily was outstanding. Frank Eason's extensive experience came to light, as he examined and remedied all possible trouble spots on the roof. He personally took charge of the metal roofing and did the work himself. The new roof looks amazing and gives us peace of mind, since the job includes an extended warranty. My research also showed that Eason is a certified GAF Installer. Eason is my trusted source for all our roofing needs.

Their immediate response to my queries was excellent, and they scheduled and completed the work to be done in good time. We are very satisfied so far. Only time will tell if their work was done well, but we have every confidence that it was. Office and work crew all very friendly and professional.

I'd give them an overall grade of "B" and I would use them again. I would give them an "A" for quality, responsiveness and punctuality.

There were a few things discussed that I had to remind the crew about, but overall the roof looks the best out of all roofs in the neighborhood.

They came out to give an estimate within two days and made the repair within a week. The repair was made without my having to be at home. They emailed the invoice so I didn't have to meet them to pay. I'm happy with this service.

It worked well. I'd grade Eason Roofing the highest grade. You call them, and they come and they do what they said they're gonna do. They give you an estimate and they stack credit, I mean, I don't know what else to say. We were pleased with them, I mean, what else can I say? We would use them again.

They came out when we had a leak and fixed the leak, and then we negotiated with the insurance company to get the roof, and they did the whole thing. When they left everyday, everything was cleaned up. There were no nails on the ground. They didn't fail. They always cleaned up at the end of the job. They cleaned up every single day. That's very rare. They did exemplary work. As far as I could tell, they did A quality. They used really good shingles. They did them by hand rather than by machine so that they nails don't go through the shingle. Their responsiveness was great. I wasn't here all the time but they came, they did the work, and they did it each day until it was done. They were as professional as any company I've worked with.

The service was fine. It was the second time they came to do the same work so it took us a little while to figure out exactly what needed to be done.

Great. This is truly a well run company. I didn't know the actual date my tankless water heater would be installed until a few days just prior to installation. Having used Eason on a previous job, I called Eason to see if they could help me out. They went out of their way to help me and the crew even got on my ridiculously high roof with light rain falling.

It is a big house -- two story. It was excellent. They did a beautiful job.

They did a wonderful job. We had a hail storm and the homes around me all got new roofs, but my insurance company said mine was not damaged enough for a new roof, they wanted to patch it. Eason Roofing came and looked at my roof and dealt with my insurance company and I got a new roof. I cannot speak highly enough about Eason Roofing.
