They were just pros. The owner of the company came out. Mine was a tricky job. They had to take the stand off of the hot water heater and replace the stand because it was plastic and collapsing. They also had to remove the copper pipe that goes up. He did that. He had to hire a sub-contractor to replace some other plumbing that was done. They had to replace where it had exploded in the wall. He hired a sub-contractor and had that done professionally. He just did a professional job. With regard to price, he gave me a price break.

It was a fight start to finish. Originally we had good experience with them for drain cleaning but it was time for the piping to go. We requested a quote for all new plumbing in the crawl and to the street (supply and drain). They came to do the work and only replaced the supply piping ( which wasn't the primary concern). Their foreman stated the quote was supply only and we responded that wasn't what was discussed. We eventually argued enough and filed BBB complaints sufficient that they replaced the drains as well. We won't use them again.

I have used them for about five years. They are punctual and their service is excellent. I feel that I have been overcharged at times in spite of being an old customer. The work has been a bit messy on a few occasions. I have not had have any problem that they could not fix.

It went great! Everybody was pleased! The young men are always very polite, respectful and honest. I enjoy talking with them. They were right out here!! Their professionalism is excellent!

Mr. Doan came out for an estimate the same day that I contacted the company. The quote was acceptable and the work scheduled for the following week. The assigned crew arrived on the expected day. All work was performed in a professional and timely manner.
