ERIC ADKINS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, ON TIME AND OFFERED THE BEST PRICE FOR THE WINDOW BLINDS IN OUR NEWLY BUILT HOME. HE WAS FLEXIBLE TO WORK WITH US AS THE CLOSING DATE MOVED DUE TO WINTER WEATHER. HE WAS ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE IN HIS FOLLOW UP TO SOME MINOR QUALITY ISSUES WITH THE BLINDS MATERIALS. EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE MINOR QUALITY ISSUES, HIS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT DEMONSTRATED HIS COMMITMENT TO HIS CUSTOMERS.
