+ 0 moreEstimate was provided and agreed upon. A date was scheduled. Did not show up and did not call. Did not answer phone for three days. Once finally reached, said that my job was too small. He should have called instead of just not showing up and leaving me in a lurch.
Description of Work: A very small masonry job, less than 200 bricks.
