ALL PRO POOL SERVICE

spoke with Lori she sent her husband David out  the next day and he went over everything that would  they would take care of he also gave us several books on new linners. We love the fact they are a family company

Our pool heater stopped working. We called All Pro because their nameplate was on the unit, so we figured they installed it originally. They were not prompt about responding to calls. When we finally scheduled a time for them to come out, they spent some time dismantling the unit to troubleshoot. They left the unit dismantled and told us they would call back with a price and time frame for replacing the part they thought wasn't working. I did receive a call, and told them to proceed. They were generally extremely rude when I called to discuss the time frame with them, but they did, after a couple of weeks, come back to replace the part. Apparently, the part ordered was not the problem, because they left without fixing it, leaving the dismantled heater. But they never even explained what happened. My calls after this to find out what was happening were no longer taken or returned. I guess they were unable to figure out what to do, and were not sufficiently professional to say so. I had to hire someone else to clean up their mess and deal with our broken heater.

Overall it went well, there were some misunderstandings up front of what our money would cover and what the end product would look like. The Pool itself turned out great. I love the new liner, steps and the way it circulates. The coping looks good too, however, the existing paver patio was left for us to fix, and they were a little messy with grout stains that will not come up.

Put cover on before appointment date because he was going out of town. Called because I was having a party that weekend, took cover off, left pool with 6 inches of gunite showing, hose was dripping into pool, pool was filthy and gizmo was in one strainer not in another. Tried calling starting on Friday at 4pm, finally returned call on Monday at 2pm with no apology or explaination. Had someone else close pool, cover didn't fit properly. After 1 year and 1 month, finally came out to look at cover, didn't fit and he needed to send "Joe" over that made the cover to take a look at. That was over a week ago. No "Joe" and no return phone calls. Was extremely rude and very unproffesional.

A STATEMENT WAS TO BE LEFT AFTER EACH CHECK, ONLY ONE STATEMENT WAS LEFT OVER AN ENTIRE SUMMER. AFTER RECEIVING AN INVOICE FOR SERVICE THAT WAS NOT PERFORMED I STOPPED THE SERVICE. THEY STATED THEY PERFORMED THE SERVICE, BASED ON MY POOL READINGS THAT EVENING AND THE STATUS OF THE PUMP PRESSURE, NO CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND NO CHEMICALS WERE ADDED TO THE POOL.

THEY DIDNT COME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING. THEY BARELY SPENT 5 MINUTES HERE. THEY TURNED OFF THE PUMP AND LEFT IT OFF. THE YOUNG TECHNICIANS DONT APPEAR TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DONT REALLY CARE.

WHEN FIRST STARTED JOB EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. PRICE, WORK, PUNCTUAL WAS GREAT. THIS LAST MONTH I WENT 3 WEEKS AND DIDNT SEE ANYONE AT MY HOME TO SERVICE POOL. I CALLED THE OFFICE BUT OWNER WAS ON VACATION AND WAS TOLD BY OFFICE HELP THAT MY ADDRESS WAS NOT ON THERE LIST. I WAITED UNTIL OWNER GOT BACK AND SPOKE WITH THE WIFE. WAS TOLD THAT MY POOL HAD BEEN SERVICED THE LAST 3 WEEKS. I EXPLAINED THAT EACH DATE SHE SAID WAS SERVICED THAT I WAS HOME AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. THE OWNER (DAVID) LEFT ME A MESSAGE & SAID I WOULD HAVE SERVICE ON FRIDAY 05/01/01 AND THAT THERE MAY BE CHEMICAL PROBLEMS IN POOL. I STAYED HOME ON FRIDAY UNTIL 7:OO PM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AND LEFT MESSAGE ON MACHINE TO CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH THEM.

WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND WIL CONSIDERATION. I REOCMMEND TO ANYONE.

QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS BETTER WHEN HE DID IT HIMSELF, IT HAS DECLINE SINCE HE HIRED SOMEONE LESS DEPENDABLE.

PUT A NEW (CUSTOM) LINER IN MY POOL. HE PUT IT IN AND DOES CHEMICALS TOO. DOES ALL THE WORK HIMSELF, OFTEN GET ANSWERING MACHINE, BUT HE ALWAYS RETURNS CALLS.
