Mark Sleeper and his team of well qualified sub contractors did a highly professional job. They showed up on time, worked diligently, reworked the few items requiring it and couldn't have been more cooperative. He was tolerant of our sometimes slow decision making, always courteous and professional. Cleanup and detailing was excellent. The cost was approximately half of that quoted by a contractor sent out by Lowe's. Mark has remodeled many kitchens, bathrooms, docks and other areas. He did most of the work himself, using subs for tile, some electric and painting. Full disclosure; Mark is my neighbor and friend. He started out about 15 years ago helping neighbors with repairs, but has expanded far beyond that. The one "risk" that he'll readily disclose is that he is also an airline pilot so he sometimes gets called out for 1-3 days on short notice. That did not impact our job because he was well organized, briefed his subs well and rightly trusted them to do the work well. With the exception of those absences, he checked the work frequently. We, pretty fussy customers, couldn't have been more satisfied. After many sad experiences with "no show" and shoddy work suppliers, Mark was a breath of fresh air.
