Accurate Waterfalls & Irrigation

I contacted Bill Hicks because of his Angie's List ratings. Bill has great response time and follow up. Our waterfall pump also gave out upon his arrival. Bill replaced the pump and then was able to determine where the leak was and fixed it. Bill also made a few suggestions to better maintain the waterfall performance. I will use Bill again for any future repairs.

Had sod installed and during the process an irrigation leak was discovered. Also, a pvc pipe was broken when a hole was dug for a plant. This was done on a Saturday. Texted Bill at 6pm on Saturday and he called me shortly thereafter. Set up appointment for Monday morning since I had new sod. I was impressed that I got a call back on Saturday evening. Excellent customer service and response time. Heavy rain in the area Monday am so Bill gave me a call and rescheduled for the afternoon. He did the repairs and also discovered the sod guys had covered up my water meter which he took care of. I asked him to quote drip irrigation for my flower beds. He gave me a price and explained what he would do. He then stated that if I wasn't changing the flower beds then in his opinion the irrigation wasn't necessary because the beds looked fine and were established. Honest guy. I would definitely hire again.

Mr. Hicks replaced a defective light fixture.  The work was completed and  the new fixture resolved the problem.  
During this visit,  we discussed with him extending our irrigation system, which he installed in 2011, to provide water for some newly added landscaping. We have contracted with him to complete this for us.
