We contacted Rusty Lanford in Sept. 2006. He promptly returned our call, set up a visit to our home, and showed up on time. Rusty and his assistant do a great job cutting and trimming. He always calls ahead and during the winter months he has called to make sure we need a cut before scheduling a visit. We have requested that Rusty cut once a month until spring at which time he will cut more frequently according to our wishes. Also, he is a pleasant person to do business with.
