This was a very good experience. Mr. Lamb could have said anything and charged us anything, and we would have had to take his word for it. Instead, he fixed the problem, charged us only for a service call, and told us how we might avoid the problem in the future. He was very professional and personable, and I would highly recommend him.

We have used Lamb's for years because he is very dependable. We are in our 80's and afraid to let strangers into the home. Mr. Lamb usually does our work. He had to order parts this time. It took a few days for them to come in. He never charged us extra for making two trips to the house even though it cost him gas to drive back and forth. I tell the people in my church to call him because he comes right out. I will use him again.
