We just had a 14x15 slab poured by Artistic Floors USA. Luis and his crew were great to work with. First, the return time on my initial call was almost immediate. They were able to come and give a quote right away. The scheduling of the pour was within a few days. The crew showed up on time, they worked very hard and fast and the pour was finished just when they said it would be. They cleaned up and our yard looked as if no one was there. The best part was they brought a sod machine and saved our grass to replant. This was unexpected and so wonderful. The next day they came and cut the lines, as before they were on time and cleaned up. Thank You Artistic Floors USA. We will for sure call again if need be.

I needed my driveway removed and a new driveway poured due to excessive cracking due to roots. Luis was good at returning calls and keeping me informed through the whole process. The work was done quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We'd been looking for someone to install a concrete patio for us for a while, but weren't happy with the unresponsiveness of a couple other companies. It took a while to even get a quote from them. Luis was different in that he actually showed up on time to look at our situation and provide us a quote. His price was competitive and the customer service was great. The work was completed on time as promised. The edge of the patio needed some touching up and Luis sent someone out the very next day. I would happily call Luis again if we needed more work and have already recommended his company to several of our neighbors.

Luis and his crew installed a stamped concrete patio and walk and we are very pleased with the finished product. The men showed up on time, worked hard and steady and kept a clean worksite. Throughout the construction process, Luis honored every commitment he made. I have recommended him to friends and will again.

Their team worked hard and efficiently completing the work in a timely manner. Clean up was done in good order. The quality and aesthetics appears to be quite good. The cost factor is somewhat dependent on the longevity without future crack development. We will keep Artistic as our primary contractor for concrete repairs.

In all my years (64) and the contractors I have hired in those years, Luis is and his family are at the top of my list. They are honest, hard working and efficient. the inlay they just performed on our patio is truly a work of art. If you are considering using another contractor for concrete work and creative design, DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER. Luis is a really fine man.

Luis was extremely helpful when it came to giving me guidance on my driveway extension project. His workers showed up on time and made sure they cleaned up after their work was done.
